Well I am new at this blogging stuff, but it was just a matter of time. I am an old pro at facebook now, and want to share things with my non-facebook friends and family. So here goes...
We have been so busy this fall! Caleb played football and Scott helped coach. Their team was tha Mountaineers, you can imagine how that went over with Scott! They only won one game, yes one, but they had fun and really improved. Next year will be better (I hope)!

Then there was Halloween! We did Trunk or Treat at our church again and had a ball. Caleb was a clone trooper from Star Wars, Gavin was a webkin, and Hannah was the little mermaid. I ended up making Gavin's costume- you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a cute animal costume for a 9 year old! If you have a toddler, it's so easy!
We went for a fall hike on some new trails on Read Mountain, right where we live. It was 2 miles up, and Hannah did great! She got a little bit of help now and then. It was a gorgeous day, and of course I took pictures, so I am sharing those. You could see our neighborhood from the top of the mountain. It was a great day and Gavin even enjoyed it until he fell running down the mountain. He was really trucking though, I see a mountain biker in the future...
The Hokies just beat Maryland, so I can go to bed now. I will post again soon... maybe, if things calm down any. Probably after my CRUISE!!!!! I'm sure you will hear all about that!
